The Claims Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily claims operations, managing third-party service providers, and ensuring performance standards are met. They will also lead IT implementation projects, manage claims data reporting, and support the broader Claims team to improve overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience with Lloyd’s and London Market systems and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Professional qualifications such as Dip CII or ACII are considered desirable for this role.
