The Head of Technology Delivery will lead and deliver technology change initiatives by providing end-to-end leadership, robust governance, and financial management. They are responsible for shaping programme structures, managing resources, and driving execution across diverse teams and third-party partners.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in programme management within complex, multi-workstream environments and demonstrates strong leadership in matrix organizations. Expertise in governance frameworks, budget management, and stakeholder communication is essential, with experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector being highly advantageous.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Solution Delivery to lead and deliver technology change initiatives in line with Willis Re, strategic ambitions and critical to our organisation’s success. This role will provide end-to-end leadership, ensuring robust governance, financial forecasting and management, delivery and alignment across multiple workstreams. Leading business engagement and delivery teams to achieve high quality outcomes.
You will be responsible for shaping the programme structure, managing resources and driving execution across diverse teams and third-party partners. Reporting to senior leadership and investor representatives, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the technology function, ensuring the programme delivers on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
