Support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers in Southern California. Lead technical operations teams and coordinate with city officials and utility representatives to ensure business targets are met.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Telecommunications and at least 5 years of experience in fiber network deployments and team leadership. Preferred candidates hold a postgraduate degree and have extensive experience with RFPs, cost engineering, and GIS/CAD tools.

The Special Projects Manager, Technical Operations will support deployment, operations, installations and maintenance of a fiber optic network for residential and business customers throughout Southern California metro. This position will report to the Head of Metro Technical Operations and flex within a market to meet the needs of the business, plugging into areas where needs are critical, and then rapidly moving onto new areas of need as the business evolves. This role requires a passion for being on-the-ground, executing complex projects that improve internet access, speed, and service in your community. It will require substantial knowledge of our industry and willingness to learn much more. A versatile skill set, a flexible approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges as the role evolves and changes is critical. |

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $138,000 - $151,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
