The Filler Technician is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining the filler machine on the Stork line to meet safety, quality, and production KPIs. They provide technical direction to other operators and ensure efficient product changeovers and routine maintenance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be enrolled in an associate degree program in industrial maintenance or a related field. At least one year of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Scope:
The Stork Filler Technician will be responsible for the entire Filler machine on the Stork line. This individual is considered a functional expert and provides direction, training and assistance to other operators. The Filler Technician will ensure that safety, quality, production and cost KPI’s are achieved. The Filler Technician will also be a primary point of contact for their assigned machine. They will be responsible for running the Filler machine for their entire shift. They must to be able to troubleshoot, improve operation throughout the day, and hit efficiency targets.
