The Team Lead supports store leadership by coaching team members, delivering legendary customer service, and managing assigned sales-floor areas. They are responsible for task delegation, inventory maintenance, and ensuring operational standards are met during their shifts.
Candidates should have retail experience and strong interpersonal skills, with a preference for supervisory experience. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
The Team Leader is responsible for supporting Store leadership, delivering Legendary Service, coaching Team Members, and owning assigned sales-floor presentation areas. In the updated operating model, Team Leaders are expected to be top selling Team Members and have clear ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

It is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:
Experience: Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
Ability to perform and execute principle responsibilities of Team Members.
