We bridge the critical gap between Technology Development (TD) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM), advancing technology nodes from initial product qualification to high-yield production across multiple products while enhancing technologies for our foundry customers. MDCE is also chartered to develop new technologies on mature node infrastructure to bring new solutions to new customers at reliable yield and performance and low cost, and this is where you are going to play a role.

As a Senior Staff Process Integration Development Engineer, you will…
Lead data-driven identification, prioritization, and resolution of process integration challenges through advanced signal mining, variability analysis, and root-cause investigation.
Partner with integration, process engineering, and manufacturing teams to design and deploy scalable data analytics infrastructure that enables world-class inline monitoring, process control, and rapid excursion detection.
Develop advanced variability tracking and chamber/tool matching methodologies to detect systematic process variation, reduce tool-to-tool differences, and improve manufacturing stability.
Build and maintain automated databases, reporting systems, and analysis workflows that support high-volume manufacturing decision-making, predictive analytics, and machine-learning-based process optimization.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or in a STEM related field of study
5+ years of semiconductor industry experience with specific focus on Process Integration development and customization
Experience in large-volume manufacturing environments with deep understanding of manufacturing processes and platforms
Expertise in device physics and/or interconnects and critical parameter control
Experience in big data analysis for identifying and resolving process and manufacturing challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or in a STEM related field of study
Experience in project/program management and cross-functional team leadership
Experience in new semiconductor technology development and FEOL/BEOL process optimization
Exposure to foundry ecosystem operations and customer requirements
Experience in yield improvement initiatives and high-volume manufacturing optimization
Background in power-performance optimization strategy
Experience in fabrication process engineering including: (lithography and advanced patterning, dry etch processes, wet cleaning technologies, diffusion processes, thin-film deposition, and chemical mechanical planarization (CMP)
