The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipuncture and monitoring the pheresis process to ensure efficient plasma collection. They must also maintain equipment, document donor data accurately, and ensure a safe, clean environment in compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 6 months of experience as a phlebotomist is required for external applicants, with 12 months of experience in a medical or healthcare environment preferred.
