Provide patient-centered physical therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team. Focus on improving the lives of residents within a post-acute care setting.
Must hold a current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado. Proficiency in computer programs like Casamba and Point Click Care is required, with post-acute experience preferred.
