Position Summary: The Vice President, Investment Real Estate Finance is responsible for originating, developing, and managing commercial real estate lending relationships focused exclusively on non-owner-occupied investment properties. This individual will source and structure financing opportunities for professional real estate investors, developers, and investment sponsors, with an emphasis on single-family rental (SFR) portfolios, multifamily properties, and other income-producing residential investment assets.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated business development professional with an established referral network of mortgage brokers, real estate investors, developers, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors. This position is expected to independently generate loan opportunities while maintaining exceptional credit quality and customer service.
