Oversee daily industrial cleaning and maintenance facility operations, including technician supervision and workflow coordination. Ensure safety compliance, maintain shop equipment, and manage the processing of customer hardware.
Requires 5+ years of experience in shop or industrial leadership with a strong commitment to OSHA safety standards. Must be able to read technical drawings, use Microsoft Office, and possess a valid driver's license.

Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico.
Astro Pak is looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our industrial cleaning and maintenance facility. In this role, you'll lead shop personnel, coordinate workflow, maintain equipment, ensure safety compliance, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on leadership position in an industrial shop environment. You'll work around mechanical equipment, chemicals, forklifts, and industrial cleaning systems while leading a team and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
The position requires flexibility, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and occasional night shifts based on business needs.
