Act as the primary contact for community correspondence to resolve resident issues by collaborating with regional management. Perform analytics to identify root causes of recurring problems and develop sustainable operational solutions.
Candidates must possess excellent professional communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
You will be the primary contact for all community correspondence coming into the Home Office, both via email messages and phone calls and will be tasked to formulate a resolution by working with both the community and regional management teams. This is a unique role where you could find yourself performing various analytics to understand the root cause of certain recurring issues and partner with both operations and field leadership to develop sustainable solutions.
SALARY RANGE: $23.00 to $25.00 hourly, plus quarterly bonus
