The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, custodial duties, and groundskeeping to ensure the property's cleanliness and structural integrity. They must also assist in make-ready unit preparations and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in maintenance or a related field and possess general knowledge of skilled trades like carpentry and drywall. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
