The Turn Team Member is responsible for assisting with unit trash outs, groundskeeping, furniture installation, and maintenance projects during student housing turnover periods. They also provide move-in day assistance to residents while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more and operating basic tools for furniture assembly. The role requires the ability to perform manual labor tasks including cleaning, landscaping, and minor maintenance repairs.

SUMMARY
Student housing turns typically last 10-21 days, where hundreds of students are moving out of a single community just days before a fresh crop is moving back in.
Each day you will be assigned a list of areas or units that needs some level of attention. Projects can include assisting with unit trash outs, groundskeeping, assisting maintenance with HVAC or preventative maintenance projects, furniture assembly and installation, and helping residents on move-in day.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
