The Radiologic Technologist performs various imaging procedures and ensures strict adherence to patient safety protocols. Responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, selecting appropriate equipment, and maintaining basic clinical records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, and be ARRT registered. New York State licensure to administer radiation and current BCLS certification are required.
