The physician will manage a patient panel, providing a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in an office setting. They will also collaborate with clinical teams, participate in weekly rounds, and supervise NP or PA colleagues.
Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine residency and possess at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience. A valid Illinois medical license and Board Certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine are required.
