Support camera systems and security platform administration, troubleshooting, and escalation management for platforms including Solink, Orchid, Everon, and related systems
Coordinate service requests, maintenance activities, and operational support for alarm, CCTV, access control, and product protection systems
Maintain operational documentation, workflows, SOPs, contact lists, and support materials for Asset Protection systems and programs

Serve as a primary liaison between field leadership, vendors, SSC departments, and Asset Protection teams to facilitate issue resolution and operational continuity
Coordinate and track Asset Protection projects, including installation schedules, service requests, status reporting, and field communication
Coordinate vendor service activities, including repair prioritization, scheduling, escalation, and service resolution
Support installation and deployment activities to ensure successful execution of Asset Protection initiatives

Assist with centralized incident handling, monitoring workflows, escalation procedures, and communication standards
Contribute to the development of scalable operational processes that support enterprise Asset Protection objectives
Your Required Skills and Experience:
