Full job description
Ready to take your career global?
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a passionate, curious, and impact-driven Product Manager to join our product team and help us unlock the full potential of alternative payment methods (APMs) across the world.
This role is not about shipping features — it’s about solving real problems, driving measurable outcomes, and building scalable products that power businesses globally.
What you’ll own
As a Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of APM products across their lifecycle — from ideation through launch and scale — with a relentless focus on customer impact, commercial success, and long-term scalability.
You will:
Own the full product lifecycle Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans. Drive products from concept to launch and continuously iterate based on performance and feedback.
Obsess over customer problems Engage directly with merchants, partners, and internal teams to deeply understand pain points. Always ask “why” and challenge assumptions to uncover the right problems to solve.
Build for impact, not output Prioritize initiatives based on value and outcomes — not feature delivery. Measure success through adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience.
Shape and execute product strategy Lead prioritization and roadmap decisions, making clear trade-offs and articulating rationale with confidence.
Collaborate deeply across teams Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Drive commercial success Identify growth opportunities, support sales efforts, manage APM partners, and contribute to revenue expansion through strong product-market fit.
Use data to inform decisions Monitor performance, analyze trends, and continuously optimize product performance and customer outcomes.
Lead with ownership and accountability Take full responsibility for your products — from strategy to execution to results.
Deal with ambiguity Have the right mindset to drive outcomes in the face of significant ambiguity and uncertainty. Maintain focus when confronted by conflicting priorities.
Care passionately about quality Put the customer experience at the heart of what you do. Deliver consistent automated experiences that scale.
Cultivate relationships with external partners Demonstrate empathy and collaboration whilst maintaining a strong sense of what matters most to our business.
What you'll bring
Previous experience in product management, product solutioning, and/or product development/implementation
Knowledge of the Payments industry, preferably Alternative Payments
Relationship Management experience with customers and/or partners
Strong skills in gathering and analysing data and/or customer feedback to inform decisions
Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams/stakeholders
Experience in managing projects end-to-end
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with product management tools and agile development processes
About the team
You will be a Product Manager working within the Alternative Payments team, which is focused on building and enhancing best-in-class, payment experiences, capabilities, and services to support our global customers’ needs.
Our vision is to create services that are vital for the world’s largest and fastest-growing merchants to achieve predictable, profitable revenue streams. You will be central to this vision.
In this Product Management role, you’ll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you’ll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected
