Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible to help develop the presence and recognition of Sobi as a credible partner in Poland through supporting the development of relationships with key opinion leaders, as well as through successful delivery of agreed outcomes with the partner company though excellent collaboration.
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with local medical and patient access colleagues as well as HQ staff in a cross functional approach for Sobi’s interactions with all stakeholders. Senior Product Manager will create value through in-depth understanding of the market and customers/patients, collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and executing solutions to drive focus in delivering Sobi product to the patients in need, fast.
main responsibilities will include:
Work closely with the partner company to localize global brand marketing strategy and implement programs including digital intiative, through understanding of market dynamics, patient/caregiver journey and customer/market insights
Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across Medical, Pricing, Patient Advocacy, etc...
Establish collaborative relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders, and close collaboration with Brand Champions (brand dedicated) and KAMs as well as collaborate and manage external agencies to support execution of brand, disease messages, and developing promotional materials
Track performance, reflect and identify new opportunities to better meet customer needs
Represent Poland needs into global marketing team to ensure Poland launch is successful
Close collaboration with the CEE platform
Responsibilities of adapting and conducting local Commercial Models for brands in scope
Marketing strategy preparation and adaptation , Marketing materials: briefs, production, MLR/Promo Mats/Veeva, distribution, team training
Commercial activity plan (omnichannel)
Efficient leading local XF team (without direct reporting lines)
Product OPEX management: budget planning and utilization in consultation with CL; KPI/ROI monitoring; ROI-based optimization.
Spending 20% of work time in the field supporting business activities and taking ownership of customer networking and managing ongoing key stakeholder relationships
Participating on local and international congresses and collecting, archiving & reporting data about field activities and applying the key-account principles in CRM
Participating in assigned HQ project groups and working in support of the SOBI global and local business plans
Providing feedback about the local market requirements and competitors activities
Participating in the planning process and providing inputs for the planning regarding assigned products
Reporting to CL and management in accordance with SOBI requirements and standards Participating on relevant regular tele-conferences and meetings.
Qualifications
University degree level education
5+ years of product management experience in pharma marketing (better if in rare disease area)
ideally withCommercial experience for innovative products preferred and /or pre-launch and launch experience in the innovative pharma market and/or pharma marketing experiences in analytics, or market research or digital marketing
Sales experience will be a plus as well
Leadership, effective communication and team working skills
High ownership and agility to learn new things
Problem solving and critical thinking skills combined with an analytical mindset
In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems and practices
Proficient user of modern IT and office software ( Excel, Word, PP and Outlook.), effective oral and written business level English skills and fluent Polish
Data analysis (sell-in/sell-out, insights generation) experience as well as Calendar and product OPEX budget management experience
Multi stakeholder project management experience, delivering results on time and within budget
Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty
Key customer relationship management experience as well as management and negotiation skills
Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities
Driving licensee gr. B
