The Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance team in performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the community's physical structures. Key duties include managing resident work orders, preparing apartments for move-in, and monitoring mechanical equipment and budgets.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician in an apartment community. Required certifications include EPA I or II, Universal, or HVAC, with pool maintenance experience and CPO certification preferred.
