The Vice President of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all dining operations to ensure consistent luxury service and high food quality. They will develop strategic goals, manage financial budgets, and lead the team to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 12 years of experience in luxury multi-outlet restaurant or hotel operations. A minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role is required, along with strong leadership and financial management skills.
The ideal Vice President of Food & Beverage candidate is responsible for ensuring the food and beverage operations are delivering a consistent, high level of luxury service and food quality. Our dining is a sought-after and unparalleled experience for members and guests. The Boca Raton is the only quadruple Forbes five-star resort in the Americas and an iconic 100-year-old destination for luxury world-travelers and premiere private club members in South Florida. Our restaurants, bars, lounges, pools and beaches provide both modern and extraordinary Food & Beverage experiences from beachside bites and sips to the most epicurean fine dining experience for the distinguished palate. Host to the annual Artisans of Wine & Food major special event and leader in relentless quality and personalized service. We are continually enhancing all food and beverage programming to be seasonal and local and provide a distinct sense of place for our members and guests. This position will develop strategic food and beverage goals and translate them into tactical plans, as well as provide daily leadership to ensure goals are attained. The Vice President Food & Beverage will maximize revenues and profits while maintaining the high level and quality and integrity of our food & beverage selection.

Internal Relationships
Reports to President & Chief Executive Officer
Has regular contact with restaurant guests and members as well as vendors & consultants.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Physical Requirements
Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
