The Personal Wellness Trainer will conduct wellness assessments, design personalized exercise programs, and track member progress to help them achieve their health goals. They are also responsible for building genuine relationships with members and ensuring the safe use of wellness equipment within the facility.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, a nationally recognized personal training certification, and current CPR/AED certification. At least one year of personal training experience and strong communication skills are required for this role.

Over 3,140 volunteers gave 161,572 hours of their time and talent in 2014 to help the YMCA fulfill its mission. From dedicated board members to talented program volunteers, these caring friends and neighbors help the YMCA serve more individuals and impact more communities every year.
