The Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams using Agile methodologies. They will collaborate with stakeholders to manage backlogs, facilitate user sessions, and ensure traceability across the product development lifecycle.
Candidates must have 10 years of professional experience, a strong background in software development, and expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies. Proficiency with JIRA and excellent communication skills are required, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
