The provider will manage acute care concerns in a primary care setting, performing procedures such as I&Ds, suture removal, and STI diagnosis. They are also responsible for documenting physical exams and maintaining evidence-based knowledge for both urgent and primary care topics.
Candidates must have at least 2 of the last 5 years of experience in an outpatient primary or urgent care setting or have completed a relevant residency program. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and a valid Maryland state license.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $135,700 to $162,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
