Proven experience as a VP, SVP, or CMO leading large-scale marketing organizations in high-growth technology companies. Requires a track record of managing budgets over €100M and deep expertise in both brand and performance marketing.
We're looking for an exceptional marketing executive to lead one of Europe's largest and most performance-driven marketing organizations.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you'll own the strategy, performance and evolution of an international marketing organization of approximately 150 FTE with an annual marketing investment exceeding €200M.
This is not a role for someone looking to make their first executive step. It is for a proven builder who has already led large marketing organizations in high-growth technology businesses or scale-ups, combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, and still enjoys staying close to the business.
Our ambition is clear: build the European benchmark for modern marketing. A function where brand and performance reinforce each other, AI and automation are part of daily operations rather than side projects, decisions are driven by data, and every marketing investment is accountable for measurable commercial impact.
You'll work closely with Product, Technology, Finance and Sales leadership to shape the company's next phase of international growth.
This is one of the most impactful marketing leadership roles in Europe.
You'll lead an organization of ~150 marketing professionals, manage more than €200M in annual marketing investment, and report directly to the Group CEO. More importantly, you'll have the mandate to build the benchmark for modern marketing: a function where brand, performance, AI and operational excellence work as one to drive measurable business growth.
