Candidates need 1-2 years of customer service or leasing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Availability to work weekends and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our team at Hunters Run Apartments in Beaverton, OR. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community’s leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations related to leasing apartments, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies to maintain high levels of resident engagement.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
