Responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for window assembly using various hand tools. Duties include loading components, assembling vinyl grids, and performing quality audits to ensure product standards.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for the duration of the shift. Requires the ability to perform precise measurements to 1/32" and basic mathematical calculations.

The Production Associate 1 role is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. This position requires working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands.
