The technician is responsible for maintaining camp grounds, including lawn care, landscaping, and irrigation, while also performing general building maintenance and repairs. They will also assist with new construction projects, supervise volunteers, and ensure all facilities meet safety standards.
Candidates must have an associate's degree or two years of relevant grounds-keeping or maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds, are required.

The person in this position should be able to work alone or with team members as needed. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.

Warm Beach Camp Ministries exist to share the hope and love of Christ through camping ministries and experiences in the Pacific Northwest.
At Black Diamond Camp, we exist to inspire Christ-like change through outdoor adventure, authentic relationships and biblical truth.
At Rainier Camp and Retreat Center, we exist to provide Christ-centered hospitality to groups seeking adventure in God's wild creation.
This is a year round position and may be full-time or part-time depending on the needs of the Camp.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Associate's degree or two years of related grounds-keeping and/or maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
