Responsible for the overall planning and management of estimating activities for construction projects, including preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing. The role involves coordinating subcontractor bids, determining labor costs, and collaborating with Project Managers to finalize bid documents.
Requires a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 years of project engineering or related experience is required, along with the ability to read specifications and drawings.
