The Political Programs Content Manager plans, creates, and manages multi-channel content to support advocacy, grassroots, and political engagement programs. They collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex policy issues into clear, accessible content for various digital platforms.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, or political communications. Proficiency in content creation across social media, video, and digital platforms is required.
As a member of our Government Relations department, you will be joining a team that advocates on behalf of NRECA members on federal legislative and regulatory matters and in national policy forums and develops and trains our grassroots to impact policies at the federal, state and local level. NRECA has the top policy brand reputation among trade associations in Washington, D.C. for the last 4 consecutive years.
The Political Program Content Manager plans, creates, and manages content that supports NRECA advocacy, grassroots, and political engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating multi-channel content for social media, short-form video, digital communications, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. This position requires 5 full days in office with flexibility offered at the discretion of management.
Salary Range: $97,000–$120,000 annual salary
Final compensation determined by individual qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
