The Staffing Operations Manager will oversee workforce operations, including analyzing staffing processes, coordinating recruiting, and managing onboarding activities. Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Staffing Operations Manager to support workforce operations for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System–Army, Army Military Payroll (IPPS-A AMP) program. The Staffing Operations Manager will serve as an experienced workforce operations professional responsible for analyzing staffing processes, coordinating recruiting and onboarding activities, maintaining accurate and confidential workforce data, and recommending operational improvements. This position will also serve as a key liaison among program leadership, Recruiting, Human Resources, project teams, and customer stakeholders to support timely staffing actions and workforce readiness. The Staffing Operations Manager should be willing to collaborate and coach team members across the AMP program.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 6 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred. Experience in Human Resource Management and/or Workforce Recruiting desirable. Microsoft Office Suite experience required. Azure DevOps experience a plus.
Skills/Qualifications: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong analytical analysis with high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Solid judgment and decision-making ability with focus on customer service. Able to carry out tasks independently while also working with cross-functional teams.
Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work Location: Work location will be in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia region and requires an onsite presence 2 days/week in Arlington, VA.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
