The Jira Developer/Administrator will manage and optimize self-hosted Atlassian environments, including Jira and Confluence configurations, workflows, and automation. They will also perform system administration tasks such as upgrades, migrations, security audits, and provide technical support to stakeholders.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance, and IAT Level II certification. Proficiency in administering Atlassian tools in enterprise environments and experience with AWS integration are required.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise configuring Jira and Confluence, optimizing workflows, implementing automation, supporting data migrations, and ensuring process governance in highly collaborative, agile‑driven environments.
This position is located in Arlington, VA and is 100% onsite.
