ATI is seeking an Operations Manager for our operations in Millersburg, OR. This role is focused on driving the implementation of the Area Business Teams objectives by modeling leadership, reinforcing operational standards, and coaching personnel to meet the business goals and expectations. This role is dedicated to enhancing operational performance, optimizing resource utilization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000/annually +
