The Field Claims Representative investigates, evaluates, and resolves multi-line property and casualty insurance claims within an assigned territory. This role involves assembling facts, determining policy coverage, and ensuring timely and accurate claim payments while providing service to agents and insureds.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience handling multi-line property and casualty claims, with a preference for property claims expertise. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to perform on-site investigations.
