Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. As a Team Captain – Footwear & Apparel, you will coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Targeted Pay Range: $44,500.00 - $58,500.00, based on a 38 hour work week. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
