As an SBU Commercial Account Manager (SBCAM), you’ll support and retain a high-volume portfolio of small business commercial lines clients. You’ll handle day-to-day servicing needs, ensure policy accuracy, process transactions efficiently, and deliver the responsive, relationship-focused service our clients rely on.
This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional with at least one year of commercial lines experience who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and helping small businesses feel protected and supported.
