The Lead Teacher will plan and implement developmentally appropriate curricula and hands-on learning experiences for 2-year-olds. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment and building strong relationships with children and families.
Candidates must hold at least a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with an Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. Experience teaching in a toddler classroom and knowledge of ODJFS licensing rules are required.
