The role involves coordinating customs clearance for cross-border shipments and processing documentation to ensure compliance. The administrator communicates with drivers, brokers, and customs agencies to resolve discrepancies and prevent border delays.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in administration, transportation, or logistics is considered an asset but not required.
As a Customs Administrator, you will be a key player in supporting our customs-related issues and programs. Working closely with your team, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with, and give support to, our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies.
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 - 19:00.
