The Trade Specialist manages day-to-day client care, including transactional audits of released shipments and database maintenance. They are responsible for ensuring accurate customs entries and maintaining professional communication with Customs, carriers, and vendors.
Candidates must be a Licensed Customs Broker with a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation and at least 3 years of related experience. Advanced knowledge of US Customs rules, PGA requirements, and tariff classification is essential.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Client Care Manager, the Trade Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day care of our clients, including the transactional audit of released shipments, database maintenance, creation of new parts and support of the release team. The Trade Specialist has a full comprehension of the release process, the ability to provide outstanding service to our clients and work with Customs in a professional manner.

📍 Location: Must be able to travel to Pembina, ND or Columbia, SC office regularly
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST /9 AM – 5:30 PM EST (40 hours/week)
📅 Holidays: Two statutory holiday’s per year will be required to be worked
