The Route Service Technician is responsible for safely transporting medical waste while maintaining efficient daily routes and providing excellent customer service. They must perform vehicle inspections, manage manifests, and ensure all waste is properly packaged and secured according to regulatory standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of commercial driving experience. A current driver's license with an excellent record and a Medical Examiner’s Certification are required, with a CDL Class B preferred.

As a Route Service Technician (Box Truck Driver), you will be responsible for servicing assigned accounts efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. You will operate a 26 ft. straight truck safely, comply with all DOT and state regulations, and follow company safety and compliance policies. Paid training, company-provided uniforms, leading health benefits, tuition reimbursement, vacation/PTO after 90 days, and Stay-On bonus make this a strong opportunity to grow within an essential, mission-driven industry.
