Manage e-commerce leads and in-person interactions to guide customers through the vehicle purchase process in a no-haggle environment. Ensure long-term loyalty by providing exceptional pre- and post-purchase support and transitioning customers to the service department.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and a drive to achieve targeted goals. Prior retail sales experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. Our e-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
