The Passenger Assistant Agent is responsible for providing safe and courteous mobility assistance to passengers throughout the airport terminal. This includes transporting passengers between gates, security, and baggage claim, as well as assisting with boarding and deplaning.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and extensive walking.

Role Purpose
The Passenger Assistant Agent is responsible for assisting passengers with mobility needs throughout the airport terminal in a safe, courteous, and professional manner. This role provides wheelchair transportation and customer support to ensure passengers receive timely assistance from check-in through boarding, connections, arrival, and baggage claim.
