The Training Facilitator is responsible for researching, developing, and delivering training programs for employees, including safe vehicle operation and customer relations. They also conduct re-training programs, perform driver assessments, and maintain accurate training records.
Candidates must possess a valid CDL B/P license with at least 2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft software and the ability to obtain specific certifications like Defensive Driving Instructor and PASS are required.
