Candidates must have at least one year of experience in data entry, invoicing, or administrative work. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preference given to those with transportation or heavy haul industry experience.

What work will you perform?
Analyze, permit, and escort vendor invoices for each over-dimensional and over-weight movement and provide instructions to the billing department to ensure that customers are invoiced correctly and on time. Analyze insurance documents, update when valid, and obtain the correct information.
