The dispatcher receives and coordinates emergency and non-emergency requests for ground and air ambulance services. They are responsible for directing calls, documenting activities, and providing pre-arrival instructions to callers.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED. National or State certification as an Emergency Medical Technician is preferred but not strictly required.
