The Fuel Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of fuel to residential, commercial, and vessel customers. Duties include performing truck driving operations, managing dock fueling protocols, and conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and preferably two years of commercial driving experience. A valid Class A or B CDL with an X endorsement and a Medical Examiner’s Certificate are required.

In 2018, NorthStar Energy recognized the enduring power of the Inlet brand which customers associated with exceptional service and thought leadership. After a refresh, Inlet Petroleum Company became Inlet Energy. With over 40 employees housed in a newly constructed building on Ship Avenue in Anchorage, Inlet Energy is equipped with over 40,000 square feet of warehouse storage, a state-of-the-art 100,000-gallon bulk tank farm, and its own fleet of bulk fuel and lubricant trucks.
Inlet Energy provides exceptional customer service to retail, commercial, and government customers in Alaska. Inlet's team of professionals has the most Certified Lubrication Specialists (CLS), Oil Monitoring Analysts (OMA-1), and Machine Lubricant Analysts (MLA) in the state. Inlet Energy is based out of Anchorage with operations in Kenai, Fairbanks, and Prudhoe Bay. The inlet is also a major fuel distributor for the road system from the Kenai Peninsula to Fairbanks.
The Fuel Driver role at plays a meaningful role in ensuring safe and efficient fuel delivery to customers through both dock and/or truck operations. This position involves a combination of dock duties and/or truck driving responsibilities to meet customer fueling needs.
