The Billing Analyst manages the full billing cycle for multiple projects, including reviewing contract terms, preparing invoices, and coordinating with project managers. They are also responsible for resolving billing discrepancies, monitoring aged accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of project billing experience, preferably within the AEC industry, and proficiency in Excel. An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with experience using Deltek ERP systems.
