Position Overview:
This individual will assist in originating, structuring, and closing Heavy Duty, Work Truck Dealers, Vocational and Trailer Dealerships loans and leases.
Commitment to Internal Control:
The incumbent must understand, abide and uphold the system of internal controls related to the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as primary support for the assigned Director of Sales and VP of Sales
Manage a high velocity of transaction flow with a goal to provide the best-in-class customer experience
Manage credit application workflow by frequently monitoring electronic queues/emails submitted by sales and/or business partners to proactively ensure all needs are met in an orderly and professional manner
Responsible for being a trusted contact and sales support liaison between business partners, and MHCA credit and operations teams
Know and understand the MHCA value proposition, ourproductsand services
Work with all internal disciplines (credit,operationsand accounting) to ensure smoothon-boardingof new dealers, upfitters and OEM’s
Work together with Director of Sales to bring transactions to completion in an expedient manner
Initiate follow up calls to internal/external business partners and third-party vendors to obtain missing information on active transactions
Perform other related duties assigned by VP of Sales to achieve territory goals
Initiate calls to prospective dealers and customers
KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators):
Achieve target volume for Fiscal Year 2026 (to be determined by management)
Achieve NIM target (to be determined by management)
