Responsible for the full scope of mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of appliances, primarily washers and dryers, in tenant apartments and laundry rooms. This includes diagnosing issues, installing new units, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a vehicle, and 3-5 years of professional appliance repair experience. Candidates must be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and provide their own basic tools.

Overall Responsibility:
The Appliance Repair Technician is responsible for the full scope of mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance of appliances in tenants’ apartments and laundry rooms as well appliances to be fixed in the maintenance shop and storage. Primary work is repairs and maintenance of washers and dryers in our resident laundry rooms.
