The Service Center Technician’s main mission is to ensure the service center has the capability to deliver technical services for one or more product lines, primarily calibration and repair.
This person provides day-to-day technical support, follows up on service activities, and ensures the centers have the proper tools and resources in place.

As Service Center techician, you must be able to

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote the safe use of tools, equipment, and test environments.
• Perform annual calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and quality inspection of Eddyfi instruments in accordance with international standards.
• Support laboratory setup and expansion by contributing to new operational activities and maintaining precision tools and measuring devices.
• Analyze electrical schematics, diagnose faulty components, and collaborate with R&D to implement effective technical solutions or workarounds.
• Carry out on-site calibration and repair services, while building strong customer relationships and delivering responsive technical support.
• Maintain accurate service records and intervention traceability, while ensuring adherence to production and quality standards.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customer service needs and coordinate local spare parts inventory with relevant internal stakeholders.

What makes you an asset to our team

• You have a diploma in electronics or measurements – instrumentation.
• You carry a minimum of five years of experience in after-sales service on electronic products.
• You can be easily available for domestic and international travel.
• You are experienced in working effectively in an environment with clear customer satisfaction expectations.
• You pay great attention to the details.
• You have the ability to work under minimum supervision.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
