Manages subcontractor craftsmen to ensure HVAC rough-in and trim installations are completed according to schedule and quality standards. Coordinates with homebuilders and senior management to resolve production issues and maintain positive professional relationships.
Requires at least 3 years of HVAC installation experience and a high school diploma or GED. Must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to work in demanding construction environments.
